Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound. Rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges A rich, chewy, rounded and smooth taste with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Small batch production ensures this Bourbon has more flavour and depth than is perhaps the norm. Whiskey has also been produced in their distillery in Kentucky since 1812 which means that they know what their doing. I still cannot decide, though, whether Im being led by the lovely bottle and the sight of its beautiful clean, honey/
